I own a condo that Washington Properties manages. Everyone I have interacted with on the team has been kind and helpful. Whenever information needs to be communicated to condo owners it is done quickly, and with as much detail as needed. I don’t usually have any problems or questions, but if I do I reach out to them and they are quick to reply to me and assist!
This is the management company overseeing my condo association in kenosha, the roof was replaced and leaked twice causing water damage to my walls in my home. I spoke with a representative at Washington properties who very curtly told me to suck it up and file it on my own homeowners and they refused to do anything. They are liable and I will take further action with the state and the state insurance board as companies like this should not be allowed to be predatory and their lack of support for their customers.
