This is the management company overseeing my condo association in kenosha, the roof was replaced and leaked twice causing water damage to my walls in my home. I spoke with a representative at Washington properties who very curtly told me to suck it up and file it on my own homeowners and they refused to do anything. They are liable and I will take further action with the state and the state insurance board as companies like this should not be allowed to be predatory and their lack of support for their customers. horrible management. and that give too much trouble as I have renting property oh that just keep give trouble and I pay all most 1000 dollars HOA fee .that need to change so many rules there is so many people who r literally resist.i don't want to give any star at all

Their customer service is horrible! The property manager is rude and dismissive of concerns. I received an invoice for work that was never done in regard to water in my unit. I was told it was my window and contact a window company. The window company told me nothing was wrong. A year plus later after a heavy rain, I had water in my unit again. I have b een working with Washington Properties for several years while on my condo board. I find them to be very professional and easy to work with. They all work very hard to keep out complex in good shape with healthy finances. Is everything always perfect? Not always but most of the time. When there have been a few problems, they have worked quickly and smoothly to help fix the problem. I would definitely recommend Washington Properties as a management company!
