Their customer service is horrible! The property manager is rude and dismissive of concerns. I received an invoice for work that was never done in regard to water in my unit. I was told it was my window and contact a window company. The window company told me nothing was wrong. A year plus later after a heavy rain, I had water in my unit again. I have b een working with Washington Properties for several years while on my condo board. I find them to be very professional and easy to work with. They all work very hard to keep out complex in good shape with healthy finances. Is everything always perfect? Not always but most of the time. When there have been a few problems, they have worked quickly and smoothly to help fix the problem. I would definitely recommend Washington Properties as a management company!

In the old days, if some one (or a business, in this case) was nefarious in their dealings and was ill-tempered when approached- the population of that town would just kick them out and not welcome them back into town. Unfortunately, we can’t really do that anymore. Google can help us “warn” others but can’t stop them (Washington Properties) from conducting business entirely. It’s a modern day miracle that they have 3 stars on Google. That rating would lead you to believe that they are a semi-respectable, maybe even half way... read more

I own a condo in the Greenridge condo association in Mount Pleasant, WI. At first we thought our issues were with Becky and how she handled communication with the owners of our condo association. Unfortunately it appears that our issues extend to the entire company, in fact they have already replaced the property manager who took over the account after Becky left. Washington properties is horrible, Becky is lazy, useless, won't return calls and we have to pay their company 3,400 a month for nothing. To my people complain about her, she must be related to owner bad reviews.
