Forgot one comment: Diane at the main office is fabulous. She will help a tenant in anyway she can. She does not say “It can’t be done!” She even has lunch st her desk!
I have rented from Washington properties now for about 4 years and I realized I have never left them a review. I get asked all the time, how I like renting from them. I rent for my business. They are wonderful and so easy to work with. The building is always maintained and if there is an issue, it's addressed right away. our building manager is very approachable. We actually decided to rent a larger space from them instead of building our own building.
