We don't live in the Washington Plaza Apartments, however, our backyard backs up to building 1733 where we here this units dogs day and night constantly. If you're facing the unit it's the unit on the back to the right. It's two dogs at least. We've seen they are a light colored husky and a dark colored pitbull. They are awful. We've called multiple times about this and have received no calls back, no assistance, and no changes.
