The apartment I lived in was wonderful, in very good condition and large enough for 3 people to live comfortably. Very convenient for students since it includes water, electric, and WiFi in the price. I know there were complaints about WiFi in the past, but after they switched over to the fiber optic cable I didn’t have any problems with it. Management was very nice and helpful. Only downside was no pets allowed

The apartments are nice, clean, and conveniently close to campus. You get your own room and bathroom. All utilities included, but there is a catch. The internet is AWFUL. It's generally slow all the time. If you like to watch Netflix or Hulu there is tons of buffering. This is just the norm. Then sparatically throughout the semester the internet will completely shut down for days at a time. The only thing slower than the internet is the providers repairmen. These apartments are the best. They are on campus (no driving necessary), cheaper than the dorms, and comes with its own food court at the shopping center next door. I loved it there. They are really helpful at the office and try to make everything as easy as possible. The only down side is they start filling up for fall in the spring so its kinda competitive to get one.
