Beechmont has really changed since the new owners. The place is safer, and the service has improved.
My girlfriend lived here and got a little behind when covid started so her rent was late maybe twice but she paid her late fees and got help with these people that helps you pay your rent up to 6months to help you get back on your feet because covid impacted a lot of ppls life and Ethan Ammon Want except nothing she even tried to give him a check because every time she applies for a different apartment or house she gets denied because he want except the payment she’s been trying for almost 4months now
