The HOA here is ridiculous and only takes action against insignificant, petty issues while ignoring serious issues like breaching contract with their tenants. They misrepresent the amenities that they offer and have inconsistent rules and schedules when it comes to access of shared assets such as the pool, clubhouse, parking spaces, etc. Many of the facilities are also unusable, or in various states of disrepair. I would not recommend moving here if you have other viable options.
