Just moved in, but so far very good! The office employees are very nice, helpful, and responsive. They even came in on a Saturday to drop my key off in my apartment so I could move in on the weekend. Everything was clean and they surprised me with new flooring. Although you can hear people walking above you if you live on the ground floor (something I was concerned about) it only happens in a couple of rooms and is relatively quiet. I have lived in Centerville my whole life and have driven by these apartments hundreds of times. When my husband and I moved back from Charleston, SC, these made my must-view list for apartments. I think that’s why I was so disappointed and saddened to be treated so poorly by the managing staff… I popped into the office real quick to get more information on the poetry, leaving my baby and husband in the car.
