My experience just calling in to become a tenant was Trash! Why,you ask? Well,let's see.... First,I asked a question,if my credit score dropped would I be penalized for it? Answer,we'll you'll be rejected altogether,because every credit,background,and work history check has to pass.... Says the agent! Lived there for 4 years. They only have 2 maintenance men that knew what they were doing ( Mr. Sherman and Mr. David ) the others they don’t know what they’re doing. The head maintenance manager he couldn’t read or write he is Jamaican the others was his cousins that worked with him. The ones in the office they had there favorites. And yes they had mice and everyone that lived in a building each main door key fits every apartment building main front door.
