Washington Park Washington Park apartments are the worst I have ever lived in. The neighborhood is really nasty, all the neighbors. There is druggies and their dealers going in and out. The police are always in and out. I know they have worked had to try and clean it up, but it did not work. They even put up a gate that you have to use a code to get in, and security gaurds on watch too, and the staff is all really great too. I just do not recommend living here if you want a safe place, and especially if you have any children... read more
THE WORST APTS EVER!!!! First of all the management cares nothing for you, maintenance doesn't understand you and the owner is to busy spending your rent money on alcohol to take the first renovation request to better the residents living conditions.1. The office manager doesn't want residents to know the operating hours of security so that the people who "are doing wrong won't know when they are on the grounds". Well, what about the honest people? What do they do in the mean time?2. Office workers aren't supposed to tell mo... read more
