RecommendedThe doctor didn’t spend much time with me but I’d go back just because Phillip was so fantastic.
Quality deteriorated in last 2 years Beware! Something is wrong in their process of determining eye power - they keep producing wrong power and are in denial. I keep going back to tell them how glasses they made for my and extended family are wrong. They keep saying "you will get used to it" where as I went to other ophthalmologist and he proved to me that they were wrong when determining power. Been going here for years. Professional and friendly-
The Physician and staff were good but we felt they had a small inventory of frames. We ordered glasses that will be functional but none of us were excited about the look of our new frames.
I just moved to Seattle and I gave this place a try based off of a friend's recommendation. It was slightly farther out of my way but I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised! :) The staff was actually warm and welcoming (unlike SO many other places) and when it came to my appointment with Dr. Lee, she was very thorough but I never felt overwhelmed. The entire staff is friendly and professional, I trusted Dr. Jennifer Lee to perform my cataract removal surgery and was very comfortable with the entire procedure.
This was actually a great experience for eye exams. All the associates were professional from the moment I walked in to the second I left. I hardly had to wait for my appointment after I got there and as far as eye appointments go, it was thorough and not time consuming. Dr. Lee totally put me at ease. She's efficient but always made me feel like she had all the time in the world to work with me. I don't even have a terrible issue with my eyes but I never felt rushed at any point.
