I would give zero stars if it were possible. My experience with Washington Nephrology's customer service was easily one of the worst I've had with any medical office. Response times were unacceptably slow. I was left waiting far longer than any patient dealing with a health concern should have to. When I did manage to get someone on the phone, the staff was dismissive, unprofessional, and seemed completely indifferent to my concerns.
