HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - INCONSIDERATE. Office staff is totally unprofessional and rude!
HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE - INCONSIDERATE. Confirmed an appointment at 6PM with them over the phone. Showed up today and was told the doctor was not in. I totally get that a doctor could not make the appointment, but not notifying the patient until they arrive? Thanks for wasting my time and money spent on transportation.
Dr. Zaheer is a wonderful doctor! He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and listens to his patients. My parents have been under Dr. Zaheer's care for over 20 years and my husband has been under his care for 10 years. He takes his time with his patients to ensure they have a clear understanding of their diagnosis and treatment options. The staff is also friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr.Zaheer to anyone in need of a Cardiologist!
Dr. Zaheer is honest and passionate doctor. He explained everything in a very clear manner. His knowledge and expertise are outstanding. There are many doctors with good knowledge, but passion to his patient is the quality of a best doctor like Dr. Zaheer. At my visit to his office all of the staff are great – they were helpful, patient and explained the follow up procedure to the best.
If your interested in experiencing Soviet era medicine this is the place for you. While I had several issues with this office, the most worrisome is their poor communication. After being assured I would be provided test results within a week, it took me six months to scheduled a follow up appointment and the office refused to provide any information over the phone.
