If I could give this company a 0 (zero) I would. The lack of communication and the lack of updates were not acceptable. My son had a legitimation case with this company since January 2026. Unfortunately, it is now August 2026, and nothing has moved forward. It was told to us that the case is proceeding as necessary, but no one has told my son when court will be, no one has told my son what he should be doing. Nothing has been done. This is my first time ever leaving a Google review, and I didn’t do so lightly. Washington Legal Group came highly recommended, which is why I decided to retain them for my divorce. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After paying my retainer, communication was almost nonexistent.
