I had forgotten that this office was heartless. I set an appointment for my daughter to be seen for a cavity. I called this office at 8:45 am to let them know that one of my other kids had gotten sick and I could not come in today. I WAS going to make another appointment, until the secretary informed me that I would be charged FIFTY DOLLARS (25 for each visit, a cleaning and the visit for her cavity).
