Nobody is available. Nobody returns calls
I appreciate their advocacy for the landlord and the landlord services they provide, I would be lost without both . . . however, they are difficult to reach and slow to respond to questions via email and phone most times. The office personnel don't have specific knowledge of forms for use, only the forms they use for application submittal. Don't know if the member base has gotten too large for this association or what?
Washington Landlord Association office and Rob Trickler in particular are always willing to help, great source of information and guidance in the rental property business. Thank you!
This organization has been so helpful with respect to getting current forms and leases. Whenever I have had a question, I was able to get a helpful answer quickly. I couldn't say enough...an amazing value.
