Advocacy A+, Customer Service hit and miss . . . no answers and full voicemail boxes, no response to emails and when you have a pending application sent in and you don't receive confirmation, don't know if there is anyone there working on it . . . it's an unsettling feeling and without an ETA could be costly in potential rents.
