Just moved to Washington and decided to take my car to this location for service. The traffic was horrid & I ended up being a little late for my appointment. The service guy then told me they would have to reschedule after my car sat at the front for nearly 10 minutes. Then he proceeded to argue that I was later then I actually was even after showing him the time twice. Called down to Straub and they got me right in and out. Save the hassle and completely avoid the service department.
My car had involved maintenance requirements. Doug Sarcopski in the Washington Hyundai Service Group was fantastic to work with. Doug explained what the issues were, the necessary repairs and timelines involved. Doug also was considerate to provide me updates to the repair progress. Doug is extremely knowledgeable, courteous to his customers and very patient (as with me and all my questions).
Their service center is the worst I've ever experienced. They screwed up the vehicle I took their for warranty service then never responded to me again. It's been 5 days with over 30 phone calls and dozens of messages and I've yet to speak to someone. If you don't want to be scammed I would avoid!!!
Took my car in they had it for two and a half hours and did nothing told me to come back.. I went to another dealership and they had the car completely fixed within an hour and 40 minutes. Just go somewhere else all they want to do is play games.
I bought two of my vehicles at this location and had a great experience. However, the service center is a disaster. I live nearly an hour away and the last (at least) 3 times I’ve come for an appointment, I’m told one time and don’t get out of there for at least two hours after my said end time. I sat in the Honda office waiting for a response of my car being done only to find out they had the incorrect phone number and never received an email.
