I purchased a new Palisade back in 2022. My wife and I love it. 4 years into owning it, we started to have transmission problems. The service team was great to work with. They initiated the warranty process, gave us a loaner, and worked through the problem. They were constantly in contact with me every step of the way and earned my business for life.
I am highly disappointed at this place. I arrived with time to spare, the door was malfunctioning and there was clearly a person inside that saw me and chose to ignore me. I tried to call no answer so I emailed and no response so far. I waited two weeks for an appointment. Now I have a week to obtain an inspection elsewhere. I did my part. I'm fed up with irresponsible, lazy corporations.
