I only had dizzy spell from new anxiety med n they put me in their nut ward by force I never been in one my life n got me on wrong meds n messed up medical record now. Plus my dad was in their care n found dead on the floor in 2015. I highly recommend a different hospital he was diabetic n told me they weren't feeding him
Literally the worst hospital you could go to. If you can take spare the extra minutes and drive to a different hospital do that. The staff here is absolutely terrible, insensitive, and incompetent.
Very disappointing experience. A nurse told me a doctor would be with me “in a minute,” but I ended up waiting almost 2 hours before anyone came to see me. I understand emergency rooms can get busy, but it’s frustrating when you’re given unrealistic expectations instead of an honest update. Better communication with patients would make a big difference.
My son is autistic and nonspeaking. He had a small emergency I couldn't manage at home. Although it was busy, there was a nurse named John who deserves a shout out. He saw I was overwhelmed and checked in on me and got some snacks for my son while we waited. The care team once we got back quickly assessed the situation and came up with a plan. A sweet nurse who I didn't get her name got my son ice water and was great with him. The female doctor was amazing and patient as well. Very pleased!
So I'm a 20-year-old who just moved into my own house a couple months ago and have no form of transportation. Im just on an ebike, and I rode halfway across town to go to the hospital because I was puking and can't breathe through my nose and I got there.And they told me i'm not allowed to have my bike inside so I am now on my way home with no care or treatment
