Would give 0 stars if I could. Been here for 5 hours and no testing has been done to check my husband out. Yet staff can laugh and goof off but patients are not being cared for. This is ridiculous to wait this long for something that can be very serious and they don’t seem to care about anything. We will never be back to this hospital what so ever even if this is the last hospital in the world. Absolutely ridiculous that you can’t see someone in a respectable amount of time and do something to help the patient.
TERRIBLE HOSPITAL!
Waited over 4 hours in the ER waiting room for our son to be seen regarding whether he needed stitches. The ER receptionist was very nice and kept coming around to check on individuals because everyone was waiting for so long. However, we heard multiple nurses apologize and say that they were waiting on doctors and “it’s really bad back there, there are people lined up in the hallways”. Unfortunately we lost my father to cancer, but he was quite frequent to this hospital for several reasons and ailments surrounding said cancer. Every time i visited him at this hospital everyone working was so friendly and helpful, and even my dad would say how wonderful everyone working with him was. I just want to thank everyone here for helping him as much as you did, and for always having made him more comfortable. And to be honest ME writing a GOOD review for a hospital is saying a lot in itself. Again thank you.
I have to say the Front Desk receptionist in the Emergency Department with Black hair about 30-40s was very unpleasant. Ver unprofessional for turning away a family member with lies about the truth to 302ing someone. She was not helpful!!!!!!!
