We had to take my husband to ER at Washington Hospital, Mowry Rd, Fremont on a Tuesday around noon. After a few tests, the ER doctor admitted my husband in hospital late that night. The room in this old ward was crappy, smelly and unclean. Few more tests were done the next day on wednesday and a surgery was recommended to be performed the following day. Horrible service - from beginning to end; I waited for hours without even knowing what I was waiting for — no one talks to you, they all seem to be in a rush even during triage; When someone finally came to talk to me - hours after- they wanted to take me to X-ray and asked “any chance you are pregnant”? but during triage I’ve had already mentioned to them I’m 32 weeks pregnant, so I was waiting this whole time for nothing… very frustrating!
A great local hospital with the worst security contractors and an obscene policy about “no car seats”. How am I supposed to bring a newborn baby in and out safely when they “don’t allow car seats”?
