I have had a good experience here. They explain the needed service well and are transparent about the prices
They've been fairly good to me so far. I've taken my 2021 Civic down to them a few times for service and they always get the car in and out with no problems. Only time I ever had an issue was when I took my 99' Prelude in for a spare key, which was a multi day ordeal, but I'm more understanding about that.
I was recently referred to Washington Honda while searching for a new van. During this process I was able to work with Ryan and Nikki, they were great , all of my questions and concerns about making this big purchase were met with very down to earth and informative replies. Once in financing, Zach was able to give me options that would fit my budget. This buying experience was what car shopping should be. My family and I love our new odyssey. Thank you Washington Honda.
