They've been fairly good to me so far. I've taken my 2021 Civic down to them a few times for service and they always get the car in and out with no problems. Only time I ever had an issue was when I took my 99' Prelude in for a spare key, which was a multi day ordeal, but I'm more understanding about that.
I was recently referred to Washington Honda while searching for a new van. During this process I was able to work with Ryan and Nikki, they were great , all of my questions and concerns about making this big purchase were met with very down to earth and informative replies. Once in financing, Zach was able to give me options that would fit my budget. This buying experience was what car shopping should be. My family and I love our new odyssey. Thank you Washington Honda.
If I could give a zero I would. Unprofessional, inefficient, horrible. I brought my car there multiple times explaining the same issue. It wasn’t driving properly, lights were on, etc. I was told that it drove fine and that maybe I wasn’t getting my oil changed properly because my oil was burnt. I told them I had an oil change a week before so that seemed weird. To me that would raise some red flags. Not to mention the fact that it DID NOT drive fine.
