I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my father. They said they didn't have anything available until January. I asked the first young lady the exact name of the doctor so I can maybe find another doctor sooner. I didn't understand what she was saying to me. I asked her to please repeat herself. Dr. Mofrad is an exceptional physician, and I am grateful for the care he provided to my family member. His medical expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the treatment process, and I truly appreciate the positive outcome. However, I did notice that the way he communicates with his staff can be quite harsh. It was a bit concerning to witness this during our visits. When calling the office for questions and additional information as to what I would need to schedule an appointment and what to expect at the office Kessya was very patient, informative and kind and answered any questions I asked.
So far, not so good. New patients receive a link to confirm their appointment a day or two in advance but NOTHING about how to prepare for it. If your appointment is for a Monday or the first day back after a long weekend, there is no info provided even on their website and no way to contact them. This seems like a poor use of resources and does not inspire confidence.
