Dr. Mofrad is an exceptional physician, and I am grateful for the care he provided to my family member. His medical expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the treatment process, and I truly appreciate the positive outcome. When calling the office for questions and additional information as to what I would need to schedule an appointment and what to expect at the office Kessya was very patient, informative and kind and answered any questions I asked.

So far, not so good. New patients receive a link to confirm their appointment a day or two in advance but NOTHING about how to prepare for it. If your appointment is for a Monday or the first day back after a long weekend, there is no info provided even on their website and no way to contact them. This seems like a poor use of resources and does not inspire confidence.
