I was a patient of this practice for over 15 years. Always long waits, and unprofessional staff. The office manager here told me that a medical issue I experienced was my fault. I told my nurse about the upsetting conversation, and the nurse asked me to file a report with WHS Human Resources, because she always hears terrible things about her. The nurse had also given me inaccurate medical advice, concerning birth control. I would not recommend any WHS offices to anyone. I birthed by second baby at home to avoid WHS.

They have mis-scheduled our appointment twice. My girlfriend is almost in the second trimester and we still haven't had our first appointment and I don't know how much more I can get off work.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every time I go here, I leave with a bigger issue. I swear they make up diagnoses for money. Today, I saw Dr. Rubin, for the first time, and I left in tears. Ill never go back here. Ever. The receptionist, nurses etc are great but i got told im in full blown menopause which comes with several different things happening to your body, common sense. Everything i brought up i was told to go see my family doctor. Meanwhile struggling for two years now with major hormonal problems and this place knew it and NEVER did one millimeter of bloodwork nor cared everything was out of whack. So they pushed me off to the point of serious things happening. Dont go here, this is where i went over ... read more

5 doctors in 3 years. One new doctor in low 30's sat in room and was looking at her watch during my time. Very unprofessional in my opinion and each doctor gives different advice and also doctor sends me to get test done and never calls with results over week later I call and find out she no longer works there. Time to find a new 1 doctor. It shows this place isn't what it use to be when doctors constantly leaving.
