Washington state gets paid to provide the care that medicare/medicaid patients qualify for. I have not been able to re-establish care for oncology under a doctor's care since covid disrupted that service. I have been unable to be seen because of my medicaid. All providers are at or passed capacity and will not accept patients. Update at 9:22 am: I called back. Was speaking with “Kay” and we were in the middle of the application and the call went dead. When she had received my call, her computer was having trouble and she had to resign in. I guess she is having trouble again. Well let’s try a 3rd phone call! Was on the phone with customer service agent Karen, today at 8:18 am PST, for an application. Karen was rude, kept over talking me & therefore I asked for an agent.
