I’ve been a resident in building 2 for 3 years now. I i have never seen cockroaches in my apartment. Recently, there was a water leakage. Maintanance took care of it immediately. Residents here are very diverse and many occupants have children. This place is ideal if you have kids. School and daycare are in walking distance. I just wish there was more recreational instalments such as the playground could be bit bigger. the field behind building 2 can accommodate a net for a volleyball game.
Updating this review from a few years back but the staff are always very friendly at Washington Gardens and do a great job. The lobby is always kept clean and matineinence is also swift and done well. Updates and improvements have been implemented as well in the past few months improving the living situation and adding cool new stuff

Issues are addressed promptly and property staff is very nice
