Friendly employees who are willing to work with special service requests, but awful communication turnaround times that led to unnecessary delays and even an incomplete repair requiring a follow-up in my case The wait list is a very long one as they have so many customers. Expect to schedule two weeks in advance, and make sure to get your vehicle in BEFORE the appointed time (I was an hour late due to some third party towing issues and lost a full day of potential service). Cindy Timmons has been awesome to work with. She is always going above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of. Whether it is squeezing in a same day appointment or letting me know if work is needed or not needed. Her and the mechanics do a great job taking care of their customers. I really appreciate all of their help.
