I am very grateful for Washington ENT, specifically Anna Sampson, and all of them there.
I cannot recommend this practice enough. I took my 11 month old for an evaluation for ear tubes, and everyone was stellar! My son was fussy, and the staff were incredibly helpful with keeping him entertained while I filled out paperwork and spoke with the doctor. I'm so grateful for everyone there who helped me! Moreover, I've had a couple of surgeries performed by providers from this practice in the past, and those procedures went very well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
I had an incredibly positive experience with my septoplasty surgery from start to finish. The pre-op nurses were so kind, attentive, and reassuring—they took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt completely at ease before the procedure. After surgery, the post-recovery nurses were just as wonderful, checking on me frequently and making sure I was comfortable and well cared for during the healing process. I recently had a septoplasty for my deviated septum and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. The nurses in both pre-op and post-recovery were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring—they truly made me feel comfortable every step of the way. My surgeon (Dr. Stafford) was not only highly skilled but also took the time to explain everything and put me at ease. I’m so grateful for such a smooth procedure and compassionate care.
