Disappointing Airport Shuttle Service The purpose of our booking at this hotel was for the convenience of parking and the airport shuttle. Unfortunately, that aspect of our stay was a letdown. After arriving late at night, we waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. During that time, we called the reception twice and were repeatedly assured that the bus was on its way. I park here when I fly out of Dulles. It has shuttle service to the airport and underground parking.
