DR. KENNETH NEAL - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Dr. Kenneth Neal was THE WORST DOCTOR YOU COULD EVER HAVE. I had never had any skin problems and then came down with some kind of rash, not sure what caused it. I made an app't and waited for over a half hour to see Dr. Kenneth Neal. He waltzed in and threw a tube of sample JERGENS LOTION at me, took my temperature and walked out.
