The lady who made my appointment was very rude. They had no follow up and I called this morning to confirm my appointment just for her to tell me I was late and that people usually write stuff like that down.
The older receptionist is a rude & entitled and gets away with being rude to patients. (She must be married to him because he makes excuses for her behavior) She thinks she is better than everyone and can speak down to people.
I went in for some emergency dental work - a filling had broken and I was in searing pain. Dr. Washington's recommendations were practical and conservative - he gave me the option to use a more durable metal filling so the repair would be less likely to break again - and the actual filling work he did was genuinely easy on me. I will be sending my family his way for sure.
Scheduled an appointment for my daughter, when we showed up they had changes the appointment time and had not notified us. So the visit was pointless. The staff was rude. And we both missed work for this "appointment"
