I have been a patient of almost 10 yrs. The most consistent thing I like the care and service is great each time.
First RED flag was The location! Very sketchy neighborhood. The owners wife’s was extremely argumentative, rude and impatient! It’s 2025 no one has copies of their insurance cards it’s all digital, so therefore I email the copies, she claims she never received an email, After I sent it numerous times! Just an hateful person! The vibes were off, I cancel my appt and highly don’t recommend! It’s a family owned, It’s gonna be their way or no way!
The lady who made my appointment was very rude. They had no follow up and I called this morning to confirm my appointment just for her to tell me I was late and that people usually write stuff like that down.
The older receptionist is a rude & entitled and gets away with being rude to patients. (She must be married to him because he makes excuses for her behavior) She thinks she is better than everyone and can speak down to people.
