HIGHLY RECOMMEND : Helpful, Informative and great costumer service. Edgar Hall’s firm was the second one I contacted and I got a response the same day. I’ve got to say, the first local I called wasn’t as willing to help as Edgar did. I have a work benefit to consult with this company. That went fine. I then paid to have them to try to negotiate a lease break fee with a debt collector. I have not heard back in two months. I have emailed and called with no response. I asked for my money back with no response. Now I have to pay the full price on my lease break, which Edgar said was more or less unlawful... plus the money I lost to try to get them to negotiate it. *Update* I received a refund from the office almost immediately after posting this.
Edgar had a consultation call with me to understand my situation. He explained what I was facing and my options. He was very straight forward and honest with his advice on how to handle my problems. I would definitely recommend talking to him before any calls with creditors or debt collectors. Edgar was very kind, compassionate and reassuring about everything. This is a rare quality in a lawyer
If you are researching a lawyer to represent your interests, I will assume you are feeling a little bit of stress and or anxiety. Rarely do we seek out the services of a lawyer under extremely happy circumstances, at least that wasn’t the case for my husband! I called for advice or representation for a medical debt incurred by my stepson's low-life mother that was attached to me for marrying the father. His advice was useful with a few pointers to look for in my case. Although, the debt was not worth the attorney fees to hire him, I would recommend this firm based on the advice I was given.
