Very nice people and im getting the medical attention that I need.
Thank you to the amazing ER staff that took care of my husband. Although it was not the outcome we wanted and we have a long road ahead of us... I could have not asked for a better provider and nursing staff. They spoke to us with the utmost respect and explained everything to us to make sure we understood. We are blessed to have this hospital in our small community!
Physician in ER refused to run tests and told me I had cat scratch fever when I haven't been scratched by a cat. Wanted to give me Tylenol and ibuprofen and send me home. Went to St. Elizabeths in ofallon and found out I have mono. Thanks Washington county for wasting my time and money.
Brought my stepmother in because she is on oxygen and was congested from the flu, she couldn't get air because she couldn't breathe through her nose. They told us her portable machine wasn't working. We told them her two home machines were pumping full strength and she still wasn't getting air because she can't breathe through the nose... They kept going back to saying that it was because her portable wasn't working. I reiterated that the problem started before we put her on the portable to get there....
