The most horrific shot experience I've ever seen. My child is absolutly traumatized. I have no idea what this nurse was thinking but she put my young child in danger and left them with a new phobia. I regret with every fiber of my being trusting you with my kid. Never again. Not ever.

It's 10:20am on a Monday. Called and got a voice message saying "our office is now closed, our open hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm." What??
