Great service department! Took my 2017 124 spider to them for preventative maintenance. They replaced my serpentine belt, tensioner, pulley, water pump and timing belt. The out the door price is exactly what was quoted, the time it took to complete the job was exactly as promised and there were no issues ordering or receiving the parts. I will definitely work with them again. Thanks guys!
This is for the service department. I have a ‘22 Wrangler and the brakes started acting weird recently. We did not buy our jeep at Washington CDJR but we took it there because it’s close to home. Dewayne jumped right on it and he and the tech guy figured out what was going on. We did have to wait a bit for the parts to come in, through NO fault of Washington CDJR.
