My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from here just a few days ago. And we were very pleased with the way we were treated and cared for! The salesman Brett Mercer helped us understand everything and really work with us to purchase this vehicle. We have bought 5 vehicles from here. I asked about a $5 “Miscellaneous Shop Expense” tacked on to the end of my bill today for an oil change. The guy couldn’t explain it. A lady saw him struggling and came forward to say “it’s for the tools we use.” She kept walking without further explanation. $5 isn’t that much but it’s the pettiness of it. While I didn’t ultimately purchase a vehicle here my shopping experience was great. Brayan Perez learned what I was looking for and actively stayed in touch with updates, options, and even videos of new inventory. He wasn’t pushy but kept communicating along the way as I continued my search for the right car. I’m sure it’s difficult to find the right balance as a salesman but Brayan seems to have gotten it right.
