Where do I begin 😒. My first appointment with Dr. Hong was very disappointing to say the least. He wanted to treat me with injections and radiotherapy. I asked him over the 4 or 5 treatments how much would each visit cost me for my copayments. He said he wasn’t sure. That he had to run my insurance company. I was open to that treatment and he scheduled me for first 2 appointments. Said it would be about 2 weeks out. I asked him what do I do till then he said nothing. Dr. Yang has been instrumental in my care, always taking the time to explore different treatment options with patience and expertise. I have seen 4 specialists in WA and 1 in AZ regarding my back issues. Not one would help because of my age and the need for total spine replacement. I was at the end of the line when I consulted with Dr. Hong many years ago. I found he listens, is caring and compassionate.
