Medical staff is very professional. I was greeted with a smile as I walked into the office. My wait time was short before I was seen by the doctors

They don't provide televisits. That's extremely frustrating for anyone in pain. They don't read your chart before you eventually get to see a doctor. It was always a waste of time having to remind the doctors that you can't afford their expensive lab rat style service offers and everything that is documented in your chart. I thought for six months that I would receive compassionate care, only to be booted from ever returning after arriving a few minutes late. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

They stopped seeing me in Olympia and my only option was to drive to Puyallup. I was in too much pain after the long drive that I was not able to safely transfer into my wheelchair. They refused to allow me to have a television which is ridiculous. I was hoping that they would be more accommodating under the circumstances. Look elsewhere for the pain relief you require. Terrible experience. I've spent a week in bed from the trauma. I'd rather suffer than be treated like a pocket book from greedy people.

I have been coming here for 10 years and Dr. Hong is my primary doctor. He is awesome to work with because he listens and encourages discussion. He keeps up with the current medications, treatments and procedures. He is open to trying a combination of these looking for a way to help. I know Dr. Hong has improved my life. I do see both Alina and Dr Zhu from time to time. Jordan and Hayden both know their job and are very good at it. I feel we are a teamwork all trying to help my quality of life. Thank you Dr. Hong, Dr. Zhu, A... read more
