I have grown up around the roofing industry and operate an established roofing company in Shelton,WA (Ascend Roofing Company). We have used all of the local suppliers at one time or another so this review comes with considerable experience. Washington Cedar has always been there to support our company and typically deliver 2 roof jobs per day for us. I must have caught them on a bad day.. We asked to have it delivered Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. Showed up Thursday morning. Starter edge was warped and scratched. I didn't know the difference between starter edge and drip edge so they showed up Friday morning with fresh drip edge. I was told the new starter edge would be here in 30 minutes. We wanted synthetic underlayment and got tar paper. Again, partially our fault but we were told upselling is standard practice for that. They said they'd waive the cost differe... read more
