They fired their best sales employee for not having a signature then gaslight their customer Jose for a product he didn't want or sign for by saying "oh you agreed to it when we went over it" 1, no he didn't. 2, Courtney never got a signature and expects payment from the customer. They lose cutlists and don't inform customers of price increases. The manager cheats on his wife with a manager of another branch.
