They're probably normally great. We ordered on Tuesday/Wednesday. Asked for Thursday afternoon or Friday morning delivery. Showed up Thursday morning... okay, fine. We were only 20 minutes away from their base. We wanted synthetic underlayment but got tar paper. My sister thinks she might have said something wrong.
