They're probably normally great. We ordered on Tuesday/Wednesday. Asked for Thursday afternoon or Friday morning delivery. Showed up Thursday morning... okay, fine. We were only 20 minutes away from their base. We wanted synthetic underlayment but got tar paper. My sister thinks she might have said something wrong. They replaced that for free despite a $30 difference. They said normally they would have suggested synthetic. Go figure. And the starter edging was scratched and warped. I was a small customer for years, and consisently pleased with their service & friendliness.
Was here on site at 7am, no one available, no calls went through. Waited 40 min with no one showing up. Don't state you open up at 7am Saturday and waste people's time. Me and 5 other customers just waited for nothing.
