Nice people. BUT DONT ever use their suggested contractors. Im not going to name names but if he got long hair and has a slight limp and mentions how expensive his gear is avoid him. Hes gonna start well but will betray you in the end. Especially for flooring. Charges more and contracts it out to a bunch of nobody's that you'll never see again and holds no accountability.
