Personally, I had few scheduling issues with Baquero's office, and my visits were for routine illnesses. I was balance-billed, though they were in my insurer's network, and during two conversations, they attempted to collect payment. It wasn't until I threatened alerting the insurer that they admitted the "mistake". More seriously, my wife went to Baquero for migraines.
