The super is great and takes care of repairs in a timely manner. However, the property management company tries to price these apartments like they are luxurious and they aren't. No in unit washer and dryer, no central air, and problem tenants who have the cops here a few times a month
I have lived here for 2 years. It’s a great place to live, very beautiful grounds, great neighbors and never really a problem. Things are kept neat and up to date. Just wish there was a better option for laundry.
I've lived in the Washington Arms Apartments for almost 7 years and absolutely love it. The apartments are updated and the property is clean. Snow is always cleaned up promptly. Everyone from the staff to the residents are super friendly. I just wish there were washers and driers in the units.
Peaceful place to live. 5 years now and always well maintained. Awesome staff, Jim and Anthony are very responsive and take care of any issues that arise.
