Horrible place. The owner is a slumlord. Rent whet up $100 last month. The hallways are disgusting. People steal your packages and management does nothing about it. There is garbage everywhere. The elevator is always broken. Laundry is expensive and the machines hardly work. The “free internet” is a dialup cord from the wall. I never lived anywhere that required so much info to move in. There are MUCH better places.
TERRIBLE at this point the whole staff need to be fired this apartment place is a whole scam it might look nice but it’s very muchhh terrible literally 😂😂😂😂😂
For a nice loft room this place has dirty hallways. The janitor mops the floor with dirty water & you definitely can smell it through the hallways. The staff is unprofessional & the lady in office rolls her eyes & make negative facial expressions when she doesn't like what you're saying. This is a plan Z place to move in and hopefully more people speak up about this. Holling Place is not it.
