Bed bugs are in this building. Bed bugs have been an issue in this building for a long time.

I moved into a studio apartment during the Summer-time, to start at LCC in the Fall. Everything was great, but after some time I noticed a leak from the bathroom ceiling. Management tried what they were able, but together we decided it would be best to move to a different apartment. Before moving into the new apartment, management went through it to make sure that it was clean, and for added confidence, they treated the apartment to make certain that no issues were present. I have lived at Washington Apartments almost 4 years. The old management was very welcoming as was the new management when they took over. I like living here. My rent isn't over inflated. I am near the school I attend so I am able to walk or take a bus when I feel like it. There is proper lighting and ample parking. New cameras were installed around the parking lot and building. Management and I have open communication with any issues I have or have had. I haven't had an issue contacting management when I've needed to. Maint... read more
