I recently brought Archer, our newly adopted dog, into Washington Animal Practice to have him checked because we thought he had kennel cough. I was impressed with the staff and Dr's, their kind words and helpfulness put my mind at ease! I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow-up call 2 days later checking into see how Archer was feeling. I am sure follow-up calls are not necessary, but I am very appreciative that you call! We will be making your practice our practice from now on!
We have two older cats and are new to the area. We passed the Washington Animal Hospital many times. Meghan had blood in her urine, so I called for an appointment. We are glad and relieved that the staff was friendly and reassuring during this unsettling time. Our cat is shy and the staff showed kindness and patience that I had not seen at any other vet we visited. Very professional and thorough. Entire staff is courteous and friendly! They have gone beyond my expectations such as clipping his nails, treats and respect for their patients! Dedication and love of animals is evident through their actions!
My regular vet was not open on a Saturday, so I tried Washington Animal Hospital. My dog is very fearful and everyone there was so patient and sweet to him! : ) We will be using this office from now on.
