My Dad is a patient in the COVID unit. By me not being able to visit him, I try to talk to him everyday. Sometimes he will not answer so I call the nurse's station. They are so wonderful in answering all my questions. So now instead of me calling my dad everyday, I call the nurse's station. They have never complained about me calling. When I can't reach my Dad they will go in and call me to let me talk to him. It has been a pleasure knowing that the staff not only care for my Dad, but also for the family.
