First of all, James arrives when he says he is going to be there. Which has become surprisingly difficult when trying to get anyone to come out to your home. He gets the job done and he doesn't try to upsell you. I trust him. He tries to fix the problem. He also will personally answer his phone. He has emergency service, so when you call at 3AM he is the one who picks up the call. Most importantly, he stands by his work. Where a couple of manufacturer-recommended repair services told me they are only servicing appliances that they have sold, these guys were available the next day. Showed up on time, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Fixed my leaky Bosch refrigerator water line in 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

I had this company come in to look at my oven and my washing machine. He looked at the oven and took pictures and sent them to his boss. He told me there was nothing that could be done about the oven. Then he looked at the clothes washer and again called his boss and told me that the suspension was broken and it needed bushings. He installed bushings (I suppose) but did not test it for function. Charged us 513 dollars. The bill included $90 each for two housecalls and $314 for the bushings installed. None of this worked.
