Our order was to be dropped off between 9-12:30. When I called at 1:10 to check on the whereabouts, the owner apologized and replied that they had something going on and would be on their way shortly. If you knew you were unable to meet the scheduled delivery window a call would have been much appreciated. I had something I needed to do as well and had to reschedule because I was waiting for my order to be dropped off.
