It is something simple, but can get very cowarded. This is the only university gym i know where they dont let you drop weights or do any actual barrel lift properly, such as deadlifts or jerks.
The hours are great and the facility is incredible!
Check out the new StairMaster and Precor AMT, just installed days ago. Put some fresh energy into your workout!
Try out a group exercise class...Zumba, Yoga, Cycling, TRX, or even Boot Camp.
Try climbing the rock wall downstairs, or get certified to do so!
So refreshing after a 6:30am workout. :)
