I do not recommend this moving company To anyone. They said I will receive my household goods on Jan.11.2020, it is now March.6 2020 and I still haven’t received anything. They said they would call and email me for any changes that has happened to shipment of my goods and they never did. I had to call them myself to find out information about what’s happening with the shipment. Now I’m sure everyone understands shipments can be late sometimes but to sit around pass the due date you received from them without receiving any em... read more

Don’t recommend. Why the DoD contracts with this company is surprising. This company was assigned as our move coordinator. Requested information numerous, abundant and over email and voice. Staff has a challenge with providing information and follow up. Coordinators actually recommend customer contact actual move company for more information so they don’t have to.
