I lived in Washburn Place Apartments for two years. When I first moved in, another company besides Rental Management Solutions owned them. At this time I had absolutely no problems, very clean and nice aparments. Everything was handled in a timlely manner and in a professional way. I also received a very nice move-in special with a free month of rent and a $100 visa card to split between my roommate and me. However, after the first year of living here RMS took over.
