Very friendly, thorough and efficient. The doctor explained everything as he went through the steps of the procedure.
Dr Carraro is the best neurologist I have ever been to. He was patient with me when I asked so many questions and gave me answers that I clearly understood. He is going above and beyond to help me. He is a true answer to prayer for me.
Dr Carraro‘s office is the best. On a very unfortunate day Charlotte traffic was out of control and although I was 30 minutes late to the appointment, they were still able to work me in before lunch. I highly recommend this practice, they are extremely professional and caring group of individuals
Great staff and great Provider experience. Everyone was so friendly. The provider took the time necessary with me and I felt heard. Staff is organized and got things scheduled right away. Definitely a step above!
I took my mom to see Dr. Roderick Elias for a neurological exam. I was very impressed by his bedside manner and the attention he gave her. Felt very comfortable discussing her medical concerns and working through a plan together to address them. He was very kind and knowledgeable. We felt heard and respected. I would definitely recommend him.
