Dr was a bit arrogant. I didn't appreciate him commenting to insurance company that I had a low level of intelligence about my foot problem. That's why people seek professionals not to be ridiculed.
I went there twice The first time I was there for 1 hour and then a woman came in with a terrible cough and so I told the receptionist I had leave She made a second appointment for 9:00 , I had already finished the paperwork so I waited for 20 minutes. He evidently likes to keep his patients waiting. 20 minutes and I left. I sold the receptionist to take me out of the system. I will never go back. He has no respect for his patients time. He may be ok but you have to like sitting around doctors offices or see another doctor. ... read more
Dr. Washburn is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. Great staff as well, highly recommend!

Dr Washburn spent a great deal of time explaining the issues with my feet. He is very well informed and was able to offer an alternative to consider instead of surgery. He and his staff were very kind. Beautiful clean office!
